Successful recruitment and selection of all employees in the warehouse of a multinational company

A multinational company specializing in production, sale and distribution of white goods. They are a global leader in the production of household appliances and appliances for professional use, which sells more than 50 million products annually to their customers globally.

The client needed to recruit 20 employees in his warehouse in Croatia. The required positions were Warehouse Manager, Assistant Warehouse Manager and 18 warehousemen, which was a great challenge to the client.

The client was offered our recruitment and pre-selection service for all needed employees. We selected quality staff through an internal database of candidates, advertising on job portals, career pages, radio ads, used Facebook campaigns and accepted recommendations of other satisfied agency workers. After collecting a sufficient number of candidates, we performed: screening of CVs, telephone interviews, personal interviews Then we sent recommendations for candidates to the client for final approval. Within the set deadlines, we offered a sufficient number of quality candidates for each required position. Selected candidates were then employed by the client.
